Censoring = Fun Game of Hangman

This wasn’t my idea, or theirs.  

My friends among the high IQ group asked me to tell them a random number.  I said “Hundred”, and they started rambling:

“Hundred is Seven, Seven is Five, Five is Four, Four is Cosmic!”

Of course, my immediate reaction was WTF, and being the person who is of low IQ and takes the easy way out, I proceeded to Google that shit.  Of course, the riddle was unbelievably easy once you find out how it works.  Here are the numbers until 20.  Hopefully, you will be smarter than me and can solve this without Googling it.  :)

One is 3, Two is 3, Three is 5, Four is Cosmic, Five is 4, Six is 3, Seven is 5, Eight is 5, Nine is 4, Ten is 3, Eleven is 6, Twelve is 6, Thirteen is 8, Fourteen is 8, Fifteen is 7, Sixteen is 7, Seventeen is 9, Eighteen is 8, Nineteen is 8, Twenty is 6.
